It’s been a while!

Been absent for a bit but now that I have left my day job I will be writing more frequently. Today I want to say that consistency is the key whether in triathlon, running, or strength training. Specifically, nothing happens in a day but the ability to repeat workouts day after day after day is what works. Big workouts are ok once in a while but for long-term benefits, consistency is the key. Start small and frequency trumps duration especially as we age. And really aren’t we participating in fitness for lifelong adaptations?

I only do customized plans. Many of CavTri athletes will compete in the same races, but no one has the same training plans. Each week, I create specific workouts for each athlete. I constantly monitor your current fitness level and am always open to making your workouts work around life. Family commitments, business trips, we can work around all of that.

Fees are based on the length of time, level, and amount of contact you need with me.
